Warranty for Cloud Mobile Products

Cloud Mobile Limited Warranty

Thanks for choosing Cloud Mobile. The Cloud Mobile Limited Warranty covers your Cloud Mobile device and the Cloud Mobile-branded accessories provided in the device box.

  • The warranty is limited to out-of-box failures and manufacturing defects such as hardware malfunctions and software defects.

  • Any defect or damage other than out-of-box failures or manufacturing defects is not covered in the warranty. Any physical damage to your phone such as missing buttons or a cracked frame voids the warranty and is not covered. Additionally, any water, liquid or other substance damage to your phone voids the warranty and is not covered. For purposes of clarification, any damage of any kind caused by you, other persons or the environment is expressly not covered in the warranty.

    Disassembly, after-market modifications, or installation of non-approved parts is non-warranted damage. Non-warranted damage is not covered.

  • A request for a warranty claim must be made within 90 calendar days from the date of purchase. Any claims made after 90 calendar days will be denied. Cloud Mobile will make a determination for timely filed claims whether your phone qualifies for a warranty replacement.

  • Yes. Refund requests must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

  • If you purchased your device from Cloud Mobile or an authorized distributor, please contact us for support.
